Support Case emails Delivery Failure Notice to Customer

Support cases that are escalated to internal group emails addresses, are sending the customer "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)". Internal group email addresses (created in google apps) only allow users within the company to email them.

Any idea on how to solve this?
