Using SAVE AS with reports/ Can't Delete Report
There is something dodgy going on with reports and dependencies with hidden objects, especially if you do a SAVE AS and create multiple reports.
You can't maintain independent audiences for reports created in this way.
ie.
Create new report_A.
Assign Audience_A to report_A.
SAVE AS report_B
Assign Audience_B to report_B.
The system also assigns Audience_B to report_A.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Furthermore, I believe it screws up your ability to delete reports.
When a report does not have results, or a schedule, you should be able to delete - but can't.
