Locked customization in SuiteDonor bundle
I'm in the process of configuring a NetSuite instance with the SuiteDonor (DoGoodBetter) bundle. I'm noticing that I am unable to save any custom fields onto the default forms. There is a work-around, but has anyone else run into this issue? If so, what is the reason for this lock down? Example below.
I created a field named custentity_test_field_andy and displayed it on the Constituent (customer) record under the "Main" subtab.
Saved & applied to forms
Next, customize the default form titled "NOF-Donor Form" to set the new field's Field Group to "primary." Upon saving I receive the error "Field Already Exists" every time, even though the field does not exist.
