Problem to set a list bigger tham 500 records

I have a client script that uses the command nlapiSetCurrentLineItemValue in a "inlineeditor customsublist"

One of the sublist fields is a field of type = "select" and it's sourced to Custom Record Type.

The problem is, when the quantity of records reaches the limit of 500 records,  the client script starts to throw this error:

ReferenceError: selectmap is not defined

Does anyone knows what is happening?
