Employees are customers too!!!!!!!!!!!!
Previous behavior in Netsuite allowed us to add the customer role to an employee, then we got the custjob view for that entity & we can make sales transaction to them.
Now Netsuite has new behavior and does not allow this practise.
So we have 350 employees they ALL buy our stuff they are ALL customers.
Obviously we need to change the way we do things now, my question is What exactly is the Netsuite way of handling sales transactions to employees??????
Is it expected now that we maintain 1 record for the employee & another seprate record for that same person as a customer?
