Small Item Labels to DataMax
Hello,
I am trying to print an item label to a 1.5" by 1" label. I can't seem to get a single marking to print out. I don't know if it's just missing the area or it just isn't possible.
In Net Suite, I've set the custom PDF layout to say, label width: 1.5, label height: 1, top margin: 0.001, left margin: 0.001, horizontal and vertical count: 1.
I only have two elements: the SKU and display name. They are sized to be fit in the parameters mentioned above.
I can see the info fine in my browser and when i select print > datamax printer > advanced: and select the 1.5 x 1 template i can see there is data within the print preview. I hit print and it spits out one label with no writing on it.
