PayPal NOT Working!

Just curious if anyone else is having the same issue.  We have several customers that called between yesterday and today that they cannot checkout via PayPal.

Upon further review, it seems that the cart contents is not being transferred to PayPal.  I opened a case #1461159 with NetSuite and awaiting their update.

Anyone else with the same issue?  I am just trying to figure out how long this has been going on.
