Email responses not getting through to us, missing important emails!!...
When we create an email to our customers from their Sales Order the email get's sent to them but if they reply from that email to us then we do not get their response. This has been happening for the past couple of months. We have some very angry customers that have been complaining because we don't respond to them. Why isn't it coming to our email inbox? It only goes to the "Communication" tab of the Sales Order but of course we can't be expected to check every communication tab of every order everyday just in case someone has
