Problem with Suite Answers
For some time, I have been having problems with Suite answers.
Currently, for example, I enter accounting in the
How Can we help you Box
45+ seconds later....I am presented with a list of topics.
I click the 1st one. Creating Accounts
I then get an error dialog box stating:
Help is unavailable because your connection has timed out.
This help window will be closed. Please log intot he application and
open the help window agian.
The 45 second+ wait for the list of topics happens with every browser I tested....The time out - only with IE.
The performance problem alone really does not make me want to use the product.
