Holding name on e-mail header

we run a holding with some subs as One World. Our subs started to send purchase orders and other forms by e-mail to their vendors/customers and see that the e-mail header reads: Holding: Purchase order #PO 15603.

How can we remove the Name of the Holding to avoid confusion for the vendors/clients of the subs? Ideally, Holding would be replaced by the sub's name, but removing Holding would already do wonders....
