Script creating error notification
We have a script that when an RMA is created a sales order is created off of it. We have had two in a row today that do not attach the SO to the RMA and the notification says tax code error, please specify a tax code and a tax rate for this customer.
Both customers were had the taxable box checked off in their customer page. We have the default set customers as taxable, the items we were bringing in and shipping out on the SO were not taxable items.
What else can I check or does anyone know what I have set up wrong?
