Field "Rev. Rec. On Commit" Automatically Clearing on SO Edit??

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:50PM in General 3 comments

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone else can verify the following behaviour.

Here's the use case:
A sales order gets created and attached to a customer record "Anonymous Placeholder Customer".  The field "Rev. Rec. on Commit" gets checked as part of the SO creation process.  Eventually, the customer field gets changed so it's attached to the actual customer.  Here's the problem:  when we change the customer field, the "Rev. Rec. on Commit" checkbox stays checked... but AFTER we save it, the field is cleared (i.e. it appears to clear on some server-side trigger, NOT client side).

This is obviously causing some pretty big headaches for our client.  We are 99% sure that this started happening after the Thursday night release on June 7th.  Has anyone else noticed this behaviour?  I've verified the behaviour in a TSTDRV account as well, so I know it's not account-specific.

Howdy, Stranger!
