Promotion Code problems

I have been running into the same problem everytime I run a promo code, was looking for a solution to how I could work around this.

Brief background:
In NetSuite we have created our customers.  Now some of these customers of ours have mutiple locations that they sell our products at, so we have created subjobs for each of these different locations, which then roll up into the main account.  All of these subjobs have the same email address linked to them because they are under the same company. 

Problem:
When I sent out an email marketing campaign with a coupon code attached to it.  Even though in the saved search that I am using it includes the main account as well as the subjobs, NetSuite will only allow the main account to receive the discount from the promo code.  Is there anyway around this?
