Multiple recipients not showing in email sent to Gmail from NetSuite
Hello!
We use Gmail as our company email application. One of our employees has reported that some emails he receives from NetSuite to Gmail don't show all of the recipients... e.g., a customer emailed both him (Ron) and another employee (Joel), and Ron wasn't able to see that Joel was also a recipient.
In the copy Ron rec'd, only his email address showed in the To: field as his regular address. The copy Joel rec'd showed his regular address and a NetSuite email version of Ron's address (Ron <messages.336959.634130.4d6cc6ad69@messages.netsuite.com>), both in the To: field.
