ReCAPTCHA with HTML online form

Hi,
I'm just wondering if anyone was able to successfully make ReCAPTCHA work with an HTML online customer or case form. I found a bundle on a previous post on the forum:

But was unable to make it work for me.

The script didn't work: ReferenceError "nlapiGetNewRecord" not defined.

Anyone have any words of wisdom?
