No Customer ID in Global Search Results

Hi,

We're not getting Customer ID returned during a Global Search. This is important to us for differentiating between Sales and Accounting records.

Any ideas on why this might have started happening (began last week)? I don't believe any preferences were changed - but if there are some I should check, please let me know.
