Problem with Address field

Having trouble entering shipping addresses - started this weekend. 

Used to be that you could enter the customer's zip code and both the state and city would be populated automatically - this doesn't work anymore.

Work around would be to manually enter both - only thing is that the state doesn't save.

Anyone else having this problem?
