.apk files in Filing Cabinet

One of our products is an mobile app.  The installer for the Android version is an .apk file which we have put in a folder in the Filing Cabinet to allow customers to download it.

Unfortunately when users try to download it from their mobile browser, the file is corrupted and they cannot install the app.

I know this is a bit obscure but has anyone else experienced this issue?
