Tax report (international) empty

we have installed all Tax bundles on our One World. Strangely the Switzerland subs show all reports required for VAT submission, however the Value Added Tax return form shows all empty values, regardless what sub or date range we select. Even the admin gets the same report.

any idea what is causing this?:h_a_w:
