Inline editing of prices...possible?

Greetings and Happy Halloween!

I'm trying to create a report/search that allows inline editing of "online price", "base price" and "retail price" and am not having any success.  I realize that there are "quantity ranges" associated with prices, which is likely why this doesn't work out of the box.

Is there any configuration or method that allows you to edit prices inline???
