Netsuite for Outlook 2.0 - any good?

Hi guys,

We're currently in the process of implementing Netsuite, and we need good integration with email. We need to log incoming/outgoing emails with Customers/Suppliers into their record and transactions.

Does anyone have experience with the Netsuite for Outlook link? Is it any good? Pluses and minuses? I've heard mixed reviews, mostly negative. We're also having difficulty getting it working with Outlook 2003. We really need a working solution.. :h_a_w:

Any advice is appreciated.

p.s. Anyone use Celigo for Gmail? We're looking at changing to Gmail in the future and this looks interesting
