VCC Screen Pop
My place of business utilizes the 8x8 "Virtual Contact Center" for our business. Currently there is an option that allows the user when taking a call to view the CUSTOMERS record if there is one recorded in NS. We have made the requisite setup for VCC CRM to enable the "screen pop" functionality of NetSuite.
Users along with myself have experienced trouble trying to get this function to work properly. When we receive a call from VCC/8x8 NS pops up a new window with the following error
