Error in Income Statement

Netsuite user account has an issue where it cannot view the Income Statement8 Profit and loss other custon IS reports - we gets this message. " The default accounting period for this report has not been defined. Please visit 'Setup > Accounting > Manage Accounting Periods' to define this period or set up your year. " The problem is that the reporting periods are set up already. Does anybody have any ideas?
