Hi All - The netsuite delivered functionality does not allow you to use vendor among two subsidary/company. For companies who share vendors between their two subsidaries they would have to create one vendor twice, one for each subsidary. Its additional maintenance to maintain Vendor twice.
The approach we have been suggested is create vendor for each subsidary and to distinguish the vendor in the database, initialize vendors shared with company initials.
I was wondering if anyone has come accross the same issue and what approach your company took to manage this issue.
