Tax computation on Estimates
We have been experiencing a problem since being upgraded to 2013.1 that tax is not always computed correctly when submitting an estimate via webservices. I have worked with customer support to get a case filed and they ultimately tied the case to a defect.
The ONLY PROBLEM is the defect we are tied to was CREATED 2.5 YEARS AGO based on the dates when viewing the defect details. BTW, it is an S2 defect
Defect # is: 181979
Can someone from Netsuite MANAGEMENT please explain this? It makes no sense at all.
