Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

ERRORS ON FINANCIAL REPORTS...Random values or report execution error on drill in
Is anybody experiencing random CDL (class, department, Location) and/or date changes when drilling in from summary financial reports into detailed financial reports? When we drill into a standard or custom financial report, the footer filter values of the detail report often times will be different then the footer filters of the summary report.
Also, this week a new problem has appeared where some users are getting report execution errors on drill in.
We have not found a pattern to when or why these issues occur. In some cases, clearing the cache fixes the problem only to reappear again in a short period of time. The problem is across numerous roles and browsers. This has been going on for us since 2012.2 release.
