Location & Item Lot Number Issue

As of this morning, our location specific users are not able to view lot numbers on item records when "Location: All" is selected. We have never had this issue before. Users must now select a specific location within the item record to view the lot numbers. Is anyone else experiencing this? Perhaps a patch been deployed since last week?
