Customers not able to submit orders in website

We are getting many customer complaints in the last 2-3 hours that once they click on submit order at the last page it keeps loading and nothing happens. I tried to place a test order and same thing happens. I checked the developer console in chrome and saw the error "not logging slowest SQL".
This is happening to all browser users, new and old customers.
