Extended Est. Cost on Drop Ship Sale Orders
We have an odd and intermittent problem with the est. extended cost lines on our sales orders. Sometimes after the drop ship po's are cut the extended cost does not update correctly on the SO. Even though the PO rate is correct the extended cost does not equal qty x po rate (we can't figure out where the number came from at all). We can often correct it by swapping the cost estimate type from PO Rate to something else and back again.
Has anybody experienced problems like this? We've submitted a case but have not been able to get a solution. It has been 'escalated' for a couple of months now. Any ideas?
