Chrome Browser: Downloading PDFs from website or email links or email attachments

We are getting calls from a few anxious customers using Google Chrome who are spooked when downloading...

[*]PDFs from our Netsuite website
[*]PDFs attached in our Netsuite generated emails
[*]PDF links to files on our website in our Netsuite generated emails
[/LIST]

"This type of file can harm your computer. Do you want to keep (filename.pdf) anyway?
This might hurt. Don't say we didn't warn you..."



This is a known symptom when using the Chrome browser:

We usually tell users to (1) read the above articles for some tips that don't really fix this problem or (2) try using Internet Explorer.
