unexpected error when viewing customer records

Anyone else getting unexpected errors when viewing customer records, or the customer list?

It seems we can still select a customer on a sales order transaction, but opening/viewing the customer record itself gives us the unexpected error.

Done the cookies/cache rain-dance and it occurs for all accounts in all browsers.
