USPS Small Flat Rate, Large Flat Rate

I'm trying to setup USPS shipping integration with netsuite/endicia   We have been using it for a few months in our new warehouse location.  We use Ozlink for our main warehouse.   However, when setting up the label integration for USPS,  The only option for priority mail is the standard priority, there are no options for Flat Rate Boxes.    Can anyone let me know if I'm missing something or if netsuite just doesn't offer the flat rate integration.
