IP Address Restrictions not working
Can anyone help
I have a very simple setup. In Setup -> Company -> Company Information I have two allowed ip address. 1.1.1.1 and 2.2.2.2
I have then set all of my users to Inherit IP Rules from Company with IP Address Restriction box blank. For some reason this seems to work on some users and other users still have access from any ip address. I have done some testing with one user imparticular and switched off his Inherit IP Rules from Company and put a single address in his IP address restrictions box 3.3.3.3. I save the record and he is still able to login to netsuite. Is there a known defect with the ip address restrictions not working?
