Kits - picking note error...

I have a kit that has three items:-

A lamp (7)
A Bulb (300)
A plug (2)

The kit consists of one of each. When a customer orders 4 kits. The picking note says...

Allocated
4 Lamps
4 Bulbs
2 Plugs

However if you pick 4,4,2 and fulfil it will fulfil 2 kits. Then when I receive new supplies of plugs the new picking note will say:-

Allocated
2 Lamps
2 Bulbs
2 Plugs

Obviously in the fist instance the warehouse is only supposed to pick 2,2,2 but they do not know if the kit consists of the same quantity of each item or not. It is easy to have a lamp that takes two bulbs so a kit might be 1 lamp, 2 bulbs and 1 plug.
