Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Error - Unable to connect to store ...
We run a webstore that references data pulled out of netsuite and we get random page errors "Error - Unable to connect to store ..." they show up all over the webstore but are not consistent, we can load a page once and it will be fine then the next time we will get this error instead of the price, then the next time it will only be there for the description.
Initially i thought it was just the page finishing loading before the script had received a response from the netsuite servers (we are based in Australia so we have massive load times for anything related to netsuite). this was beyond my capabilities so i just had to ignore it and put up with a poor webstore, however i recently had a proper programmer look at the pages and put in all kinds of delays to keep th page active while the script ran yet we still get these errors.
