2013.1 API- import not working, yet no error log
Hello,
We use the 2013.1 API to send data from a proprietary system to NetSuite and the job that imports customers is now failing on sporadic customer entities. The job runs and nothing shows up in the error log... yet the data is NOT in NetSuite at all.
Did NetSuite make an update to the customer-level methods in the API and didn't say anything?
Please help as this is now affecting the ability of our sales team to quote as the data isn't showing up in NetSuite :h_a_w:
