All scheduled scripts going into queues that have a one in it?

Is anyone else seeing all of their scheduled scripts getting thrown into the same queue since the 2013.2 upgrade?
We have multiple script queues which we have balanced our automated processes into. Now all scripts are getting queued into Q 1, 10 or 11. This is causing severe operational backups.
If you haven't verified your scheduled script processes since being upgraded you may want to take a look at your Scheduled Script Status and make sure things aren't getting backed up.
