Customers Can't Proceed to Checkout
Is anyone else getting contacted by customers that are having trouble checking out? For the past 2 months we have had issues with checkout and our NS/SC /GP coders have not been able to determine the cause of the problem.
1st Problem - Can't move beyond the shopping cart page:
Customer goes to shopping cart page and when they hit the 'Proceed to Checkout' button they just stay on the shopping cart page and can't proceed to checkout.
2nd Problem - 'Proceed to Checkout button' is not displayed on Shopping cart page
Customers using Safari don't have a 'Proceed to Checkout' button on the shopping cart page. We can duplicate this problem on Iphones with OS 6.1.3
