UK VAT Reporting Screwed

Has anyone seen any issues with (UK) VAT reports in Netsuite recently?

I've just come to do my VAT return and the report is clearly not working at all.  Its showing that we owe hundreds of thousands of pounds.  On closer inspection, when I drill down into the box totals, I can see that its not adding VAT totals at all - its just adding whole invoice totals irrespective of any VAT, leading to some huge numbers.
