Freezing on Order Confirmation Page

All of my sales reps are having issues with their Order Confirmations page.

After adding an item, then adjusting the quantity or price level, their pages are just freezing.  One user is getting a pop up error that says:
"Warning Unresponsive Script:
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding...."

Also, this seems to be only on PCs, not macs.
Anyone seeing something similar?
