PayPal problem (payment information invalid)

We arrived this morning to an email box full of "I can't check out with PayPal on your website!" Emails.

They are getting this error when choosing the paypal payment method (see image).

Anyone seen this before? I also checked one other website that uses netsuite and was set up by our same developer, and they have the problem also.

I put in a support ticket to NS and am waiting, but for now 50% of our customers are crippled from checking out
