Netsuite Slow for one Role?

How can it be that Netsuite is extremely slow for only one role?

We have one role for our sales reps, who are all experiencing extremely slow load times for loading customers, etc, even though it works fine in other roles including Administrator?

Example: Load time for admins might be 2-10 seconds for a customer, and up to 120 seconds for a sales rep!?!?!?!?!
