Cart/Checkout Timeout?
Is anyone else's account having issues with cart/checkout timeouts? We're still using the scriptable cart and it's been a nightmare with cart abandonment rates in the high 80th percentiles and checkout abandonment rates that range from 15-25% We have a defect logged with support but I wanted to get a good idea of how much of the NS client base is experiencing the same and without access to the error logs, we can't even tell how common this is with our own customers.
Any help is appreciated. It's obviously costing us lots of lost sales and is currently logged as an S2 defect.
