Unable to view Records Browser or Netsuite Help

Whenever I click on "Help" on the top right of Netsuite, the popup opens, but directs me to a 404 - Page Not Found page.  The same happens when I try to get to my bookmarked records brower found at https://system.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/RecordsBrowser/2013_1/index.html

Anyone else having this?
