Difference in UPS rates NS GUI vs web
Here's an odd thing.
When the web store has multiple items in the cart the UPS real time rate is higher than the rate calculated for an equivalent NS GUI order (same customer, same items, same shipping method)
The factors vary from 1.48 to 1.88 times higher (in the testing I've done so far).
Ship complete doesn't make a difference if I toggle it in the NS GUI.
The items are not marked as ships individually.
If I take a web order, edit it and recalculate the shipping the rate drops to the same as for an order entered from scratch in the NS GUI.
