buil merge email-is it working?

I always send a statement to customers every Saturday via LIST-GROUP-BULK MERGE EMAIL.
In the recent two weeks, a lot of customers ask that they don't receive the email.
Netsuite shows that bulk email did go out.
Is there anything wrong?
Our scheduled saved search emails are not working either.
