Inaccurate Sales Order Report
Hi
We have been using Netsuite's standard reports to track our sales daily and monthly. Recently we found that the reports is giving us inaccurate figures, below what we are supposed to have. Upon investigation, we found a couple of sales orders were not captured in the sales report.
Anyone encountered this problem? I have been trusting Netsuite's reports to track our business, now I'm doubting it's accuracy. Has it got to do with the recent upgrade?
I tried to open a case via Netsuite Account Center, but I got "Invalid Login Attempt" error.
This is driving us nuts. :h_a_w:
