Hi there,

Haven't used the forum for a while, so apologies if this is in the wrong section or a duplicate thread!

Really hope someone can give me a hint:
If a user locks themselves out via consecutive failed login attempts, how would admin go about unlocking their account - is it possible, or do you have to wait for the time to run down?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
