eFax blank cover pages?

Hi we're using eFax and I would like to send a copy of an invoice, or other document like a PDF by FAX using eFax.

With a blank body message and by putting {nocoverpage} in the body message it eliminates the EFAX cover page but I still get a completely BLANK page before the actual PDF document that I wanted to fax.

Anyone have any experience with this or solutions?
