UOM conversion decimal places
Hi All,
I am new to this forum so please go easy on me .
We have been having an ongoing issue since I believe the second release of 2012 when Netsuite stopped allowing 8 decimal places on SO PO fullfillments etc and moved to 5 decimal places. Unfortunatly the inbuild UOM conversion does it out to almost unlimited decimal places and shows on SO PO fulfillments etc still at 8 decimals. Since we can only enter 5 to sell or use the item we end up with lots with an amount remaining of 0.00000xxx which makes out inventory into a mess.
For example we build an item in units of grams but sell in pounds so if I build 1000g the system then for the SO it shows 2.20462262 avaliable but will only let me enter 2.20462 lbs leaving me with an amount of 0.00000262 lbs in the system i can do nothing with but screws with my avaliable amounts etc.
